This week, I have watched a video about a talk given by Jim Kwik. The talk is named "Unleash Your Super Brain to Learn Faster". The speaker mentioned problems nowadays like digital overload in order to emphasize to importance of learning faster. He started the talk with doing a test with the audience and there were some more exercises along the way. These exercises helped the audience to understand his teaching vividly. His teaching involved six main elements, which is called "be fast". B is for "belief". E is for "exercise". F is for "forget". A is for "active". S is for "state" while T is for "teach". Among the whole talk, there were three main points impressing me the most. The first one was all learning being state-dependent. Information combining with emotion can become long-term memory so having passion in what you are learning is crucial. You had to show up and play full out at the same time....
